Service Usage

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using our services. SmileTour reserves the right to refuse service in case of misleading or false information.

Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to an approval process. Submitting a reservation request does not mean automatic confirmation. Final confirmation is communicated in writing by SmileTour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund is provided for cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Different conditions may apply in cases of force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

SmileTour cannot be held responsible for losses or damages that may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism and similar events.
